About Myself

Hello, my name is Wendy Henderson, and I would like to share some information about myself with you. I studied massage therapy at the New Hampshire Institute for Therapeutic Arts and obtained my national certification. I am also currently a member of the American Massage Therapy Association. In addition, I also attended Hatha Yoga training on Vancouver Island, British Columbia at the Prana Yoga College, which is one of only a few accredited yoga colleges in the world.

I enjoy helping people learn how to overcome their aches and pains through various massage techniques. Through a thorough review of your health history, I can determine what best meets your needs.

My private yoga classes are focused on rejuvenating all of the systems of the body, including the musculature, the nervous system and the digestive system. I can address various common problems that individuals may have, such as low back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome and foot problems.

More details of my Horse Services are listed under that topic.

I have had to endure a long battle with chronic Lyme and Mold toxicity which I see as an asset to my compassion and knowledge to help others. Overcoming adversity is a part of life and has actually made me advance my skills in creative ways. If you need help with physical challenges, support with stress, and or a fulfilling relationship with your horse, then reach out to me to see if my approach resonates with you.
